ENPEACE. From God: Rom. 15:33. Now the God of peace be with you all. 2 Cor. 13:11. Heb. 13:20. Num. 6:26. The Lord lift up His countenance upon thee, and give thee peace. Ps. 29:11. The Lord will bless His people with peace. Ps. 85:8. He will speak peace unto His people. 2 Thes. 3:16. Now the Lord of peace Himself give you peace always by all means. Gal. 5:22. The fruit of the Spirit is . . . peace. Christ our Peace, and the Giver of peace: Luke 2:14. On earth peace, good will toward men. Isa. 53:5. The chastisement of our peace was upon Him. Micah 5:5. [The last gift of Christ to His disciples before the Passion was the gift of His peace: not the peace of a still calm, untroubled by conflicts, but the peace which reigns supreme through the sorest trials, the sharpest agonies, the fiercest assaults—because it rests on the consciousness of an eternal sonship. ENGod's thoughts of peace: Jer. 29:11. I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil. His covenant of peace: Isa. 54:10. Neither shall the covenant of My peace be removed. Ezek. 34:25. Conditions of peace—trust: Isa. 26:3. Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on Thee: because he trusteth in Thee. Rom. 15:13. Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing. Being justified: Rom. 5:1. Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Love of the Word: Ps. 119:165. Great peace have they which love Thy law: and nothing shall offend them. Following the paths of wisdom: Prov. 3:17. Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace. Rightness of life: Isa. 32:17. And the work of righteousness shall be peace. Isa. 48:18. O that thou hadst hearkened to My commandments! then had thy peace been as a river. James 3:18. The fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace. Spiritual-mindedness: Rom. 8:6. To be spiritually minded is life and peace. The Kingdom of God in the heart: Rom. 14:17. The kingdom of God is . . . righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.
