一、不要忧虑烦躁 / Fret Not

语法参：不用 do 的古体否定（Be not / Fret not） → 004 In nothing be anxious：否定状语前置的古体祈使（= Do not be anxious about anything，应当一无挂虑）。

二、把忧虑卸给神 / Cast It upon Him

BSB1 Peter 5:7 Cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you.

语法参：不用 do 的古体否定（Be not / Fret not） → 004 Let not your heart be troubled = Do not let your heart be troubled：古体否定祈使。
语法Casting all your anxiety upon Him：现在分词短语，承接上文『你们要谦卑』的祈使（藉着把忧虑卸给神来谦卑服在神大能的手下）。

中彼得前书 5:7 —— 你们要将一切的忧虑卸给神，因为他顾念你们。约翰福音 14:1 —— 你们心里不要忧愁；你们信神，也当信我。
